Hi, I'm Nick.
I long time ago I read:
Young men look for a cause worth dying for, old men look for a cause worth living for.
I woke up six months ago and realized that other than my son, I didn't have any cause worth living for and it was wrong.
I have lived in ambivelance for the last several years of my life trying to make a job work, trying to make a marriage work and trying to find happiness within both and been unsucessful. This year I have decided to leave the job and to leave the marriage because I think that the state I was in put too much responsibility on my son.
I am the most insecure I have been in years, and I want to find my core, discover a passion worth living for that helps myself and others, and this time interact with the world as an individual, instead of as a part of a corporation.
I guess I have decided to "rage, rage, against the dying of the light..."
